Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Helios Laser Engravers are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Product Descriptions

Helios Laser Engravers attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Helios Laser Engravers does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Helios Laser Engravers itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Site Policies, Modification, and Severability

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Delivery, Postage and Packaging

All of our non-personalised products are despatched within 48 hours, and our personalised products within 3-4 days. Special bespoke orders will take longer, a timeframe will be agreed prior to go ahead.

We send everything via Royal Mail First Class, except higher value orders which are sent via courier recorded delivery.

Payment

Our preferred methods of payment are PayPal, credit card or BACS transfer. Cheques and postal orders are also accepted. We do not despatch goods until payment has cleared in full.

Returns and Cancellations

We offer a no quibble returns policy on all non-personalised goods, please return within 14 days to receive a full refund.

Please ensure your returns are sent by registered delivery, so tracking references can be used.

Personalised goods can only be refunded due to errors incurred by Helios Laser Engravers.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Any bespoke or personalised orders which are cancelled may incur a cost if work has commenced.

Taxes and Duties

Local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
